Aparthotel Le Stanze del Lago is one of the recommended Como structure. We offer our customers a comfortable stay in a family context, but very nice to ALWAYS INTERESTING PRICES. Our main goal is that you feel at home. We have 10 apartments perfectly equipped living room kitchen and a double bedroom. The solution is suitable for families and for the business guest who wants to emerge from classic hotel rooms. In addition, the union with the RESTAURANT SOCIALE gives the opportunity to take advantage of one of the most characteristic restaurants and more popular in the city. It is recommended, at the time of booking the apartment, to reserve a table at the restaurant because no one can move from Como without having been to Sabrina’s restaurant. For us it is a pleasure to be able to take care of our customers and make their stay in Como as pleasant as possible. At this aim, we offer different amenities and services, without ever stopping to renew. The apartments enjoy a central location, from the high rooms you can see the tall spiers of the Cathedral and is very well connected: is located 100 m from Ferrovie Nord (Railway) (in 50 minutes by train, sitting comfortably in order to reach the center of Milan), 100 m from dock at Lake (where you can take fantastic excursions on Lake of Como), 500 meters from the FSS station San Giovanni.
1. Meeting point is at RECEPTION's Address, provided in the Booking Confirmation. Reception is located in the same building.

3. Keys will be delivered during the Check-IN
4. Provide expected arrival time 48 hours before your arrival.
5. Call the provided Contact Person 1 hour before the Arrival or when you land.
6. If pending Rent Balance Payment has to be paid in CASH, please make sure to have CASH ready at arrival (no change is provided).
7. If Rent Balance is paid by Credit Card, 1,5% extra charges might be applied.
8. Please make sure to agree during the Check IN, the expected Check OUT time.
9. Standard Check IN is from 15:00 to 21:00. Early (if available and agreed in advance) or Late Check IN (from 21:00 to 23:00) has a 30 Euros charge. Late Check-In (from 23:00 to 00:30) has an extra charge of 50 Euros. Night Check-In (after 00:30, only upon request) has an extra charge of 60 Euros.
10. Standard Check OUT is from 8:00 to 10:30. Late Check Out has a Charge of 30 Euros (if available, to be agreed and confirmed in advance)
11. Security Deposit is only taken as Credit Card Pre-authorization, there for is not charged on bank account unless there are proven damages or bad behaviors (party, noise, ...)
12. Tourist Tax has to be paid at the check IN in CASH. Tourism Tax is 0,72 Euros x adult person (+16Y) x night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

BE CAREFUL WHEN USING ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. European voltage is 220V. Please take extra care when using foreign equipments to avoid fire risk. Check how the electrical system works before using it .
BEHAVE SAFELY. Guests shall act safely within the property. The Property Owner or Property Manager will not be responsible for any kind of damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of misuse or unsafe behaving of the Guest.
DAMAGES. In case of any damage caused to the apartment or to its contents, please inform the property manager. The customer will be responsible for proven damage and charged accordingly.
LOSS OF KEYS. The replacement of lost/stolen keys will be charged to the client.
LEAVE IT IN GOOD CONDITIONS. You are staying in a Self Catering apartment. At the end of your stay the apartment must be left organized and in a good state. Fine might be applied and taken from your Security Deposit if this would not happen.
NO PETS ALLOWED, in the apartment and in the common area. Fine might be charged and taken from Security Deposit.
NO SMOKING. Fine might be charged on Security Deposit.
