Lovely Style Suite on a fourth floor of a new emblematic building with 2 pools and spectacular sea views from the rooftop terrace. The building is facing the sea and the beaches on one side and the city center on the other side. The suite has been decorated with design furniture and love for details. It comes with all the facilities and amenities you might need, such as: Bed-linen, Towels, Free Wifi, AiCo, Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso Coffee machine, TV LCD, Satellite TV, Bath amenities, Parking, Welcome package and free access to the pool.
Reception and office On-Site: Calle Perelló 23 (same building). In case of need of support our Reception Office and Service Team will be available to assist you on site or by phone. Emergency Number 24h/7d.
The property is composed by:

TRAVELLING DURING COVID19
1- SANIFICATION: In Urban District Apartments we extremely care about the safety & security of our dear Guests and Personnel. To do so, we have implemented a strict Covid-19 Prevention Protocol based on international recommendations, so to host you in a comfortable and safe apartment. All surfaces, towels, bedlinen, bath amenities and kitchen’s equipment have been property sanitised and handled with disposal gloves. All our personnel has been trained according to the COVID19 Sanification Standards and continuously monitored.
2- VIRTUAL CHECKIN: You can have free access to the apartment just using your smartphone without keys’ handover and personal interactions with the Reception personnel. Do the online check-in before arrival and get your Access Code to access the property. You will not need to handle physical key.
3- PROTECT YOU AND THE OTHERS: Urban District Apartments will provide as courtesy, an Hand Sanitiser Gel, so to protect you and the others. Prevention suggestions will be available at the property.
4- SUPPORT and ASSISTANCE: In case of need of support our Reception Office and Service Team will be available to assist you on site or by phone.
Located just few meters from the Rambla of Poblenou and the Marina, the area is rich of nice restaurants, cafeterias and trendy grocery shops with traditional food.
The public transportation is at 50 mts and the main Barcelona square is at 10 minutes. All main attractions are just at 3 metro stops from the apartment.
This is a perfect location for events like: Sonar, MWC, Primavera Sound, Montmeló Formula 1, Circuit Festival.
Most of the Barcelona's attractions are just at walking distance or just at 2 metros stops.

The Security Deposit is charged by Credit Card before arrival, during the Online Check-In Process. It will be refund after departure, unless there are proven damages or bad behaviors (party, noise, smoking…). NO CASH accepted.
CITY TOURIST TAX:

Some key instructions for a quick & smooth access to the apartment:
- You can access the apartment from 3PM / 15:00 of the day of your arrival going directly at the apartment’s address.
- The registration & apartment’s access are both available ONLY using your mobile phone / smart phone and our Vikey WebAPP.
- No apartment’s keys will be handed-over/delivered by any person.
- ALL Guests details, passport picture and local tourist taxes are required by the local laws.
- Key will be valid unitl the day of your departure at 10:30am.
STEP 1 GUEST REGISTRATION:
Proceed with the Guest’s Registration and with the pending payments (if any) 7 days before the arrival date, for you and all the people travelling with you.
STEP 2 GUEST DATA VALIDATION:
Your data and payments will need to be validated by our reservation office. No validation will be done during the weekends.
STEP 3 DATA CONFIRMATION
Our office will validate your data and payments and confirm the access. The VIRTUAL KEY WILL BE ACTIVATED on the Vikey WebAPP.
STEP 4 VIRTUAL KEY.
After validation, You can access the apartment using the OPEN buttons on the Vikey WebAPP or using the code shown on it.

USE OF THE PROPERTY. It is not permitted to use the apartment for any other purposes except as a vacation rental, serviced apartment or corporate housing, within the terms of the reservation made.
BE CAREFUL WHEN USING ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. European voltage is 220V. Please take extra care when using foreign equipments to avoid fire risk. Check how the electrical system works before using it .
BEHAVE SAFELY. Guests shall act safely within the property. The Property Owner or Property Manager will not be responsible for any kind of damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of misuse or unsafe behaving of the Guest.
GUESTS BELOW 18 YEARS ARE NOT ADMITTED, if not accompanied by an adult
NO BIKES ALLOWED, in the property. Bikes shall be locked outside the property.
PROPERTY ACCESS. Access to the property is limited to the people included in the reservation and registered at the check-in.
RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT. Do not leave air conditioning ON when windows are open.

RESPECT THE PROPERTY. It is prohibited any act of vandalism to the property, its content, outdoor stuff and surrounding properties.
LOSS OF KEYS. The replacement of lost/stolen keys will be charged to the client.
LEAVE IT IN GOOD CONDITIONS. You are staying in a Self Catering apartment. At the end of your stay the apartment must be left organized and in a good state. Fine might be applied and taken from your Security Deposit if this would not happen.
NO SMOKING. Fine might be charged on Security Deposit.
NO PETS ALLOWED, in the apartment and in the common area. Fine might be charged and taken from Security Deposit.
RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS. Noise must be kept to a minimum level after 10:00pm.

DAMAGES. In case of any damage caused to the apartment or to its contents, please inform the property manager. The customer will be responsible for proven damage and charged accordingly.
PROTECT YOUR VALUABLE. Put your valuable in the safe box (if available) and close the doors and windows safely with the keys. We decline any responsibility in case of stolen valuable or any rubbery in the apartment.
RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS. We consider the rest and respect of neighbors very important. Any violation of the above rules, such as party or noise..., might imply the request of leaving immediately the property without any reimbursement.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. Personal guest's information will be stored and safely managed by the Property Manager according to the rules and laws in use in the Country where the property is located. “In the name of the company we handle the information that you give us with the purpose of providing you with the service requested and prepare the billing accordingly. The information given will be kept during our relationship or the years required to comply with the legal obligations incurred. They will not be forwarded to third parties except in cases of legal requirements. Hereafter, you are entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether in Urban District Apartments we are dealing with your personal data, therefore you have a right to access to your personal information, rectify inexact data or request its removal when it is no longer necessary, directing your petition to firstname.lastname@example.org"
I had such a great break in Barcelona, the apartment is fully equipped next to public transports and lots of taxis driving around the apartment. Easy access to everywhere. More independent than a Hotel but it worth. Attention during all my booking process was top! Thank you for making me feel like home!;)
Everything was great! We arrived earlier than check in time and were kindly checked in for free. It has been a great experience to know this part of the city, Rambla del Poblenou was 3 minutes away, which is full of local restaurants, bars and also nightlife. (Also Vila Olimpica is less than 15 minutes walking through Shore). We also visited the centre thanks to the bus stop next to the building. Supermarket and local shops for food are close by. Thanks
New apartment in a coming up area of Barcelona. The apartment wasn't as clean as expected but they gave us a free extra cleaning, really appreciated. Staff looked after our stay and made us feel happy overall. The apartment has all needs for families. Sofa bed was not the most comfortable for our children but we knew we booked that. The area is perfect if want to relax. Thank you for your attention guys!
It was our second time staying at HRS&P. We had a great stay (again)! Feels like being home, lovely staff - Easily connected to beach and easy access to centre by public transports. Really good overall.
