The Urban District Marina Vintage Apartment is located on the Principal floor of the building and comes with a sunny balcony and one private patio terrace. It has been totally reformed on Summer 2015 maintaining some of the original bricks walls and typical catalan ceiling. The apartment has been furnished with lovely vintage design and with all the latest technologies (Free Wifi, AiCO, DVD,..)
The UD Marina Vintage Apartment is located in a trendy and authentic area just few minutes from the Marina port (Villa Olimpica), the beaches and the Old District Parc (Ciudadella).
The new Shopping Mall of Glories is also at walking distance. In the area you can find traditional restaurants and grocery shops on the famous Rambla de Poblenou.
The UD Marina Vintage Apartment comes with all amenities you might need such as: Bed-linen, Towels, Free Wifi, AiCo, Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso Coffee Machine, LCD TV, Bath amenities, Welcome Pack.

TRAVELLING DURING COVID19
1- SANIFICATION: In Urban District Apartments we extremely care about the safety & security of our dear Guests and Personnel. To do so, we have implemented a strict Covid-19 Prevention Protocol based on international recommendations, so to host you in an comfortable and safe apartment. All surfaces, towels, bedlinen, bath amenities and kitchen’s equipments have been property sanitised and handled with disposal gloves. All our personnel has been trained according to the COVID19 Sanification Standards and continuously monitored.
2- VIRTUAL CHECKIN: You can have free access to the apartment just using your smartphone without keys’ handover and personal interactions with the Reception personnel. Do the online checkin before arrival and get your Access Code to access the property. You will not need to handle physical key.
3- PROTECT YOU AND THE OTHERS: Urban District Apartments will provide as courtesy, an Hand Sanitiser Gel, so to protect you and the others. Prevention suggestions will be available at the property.
4- SUPPORT and ASSISTANCE: In case of need of support our Reception Office and Service Team will be available to assist you on site or by phone.

The Rambla of Poble Nou is charming pedestrian area with an amazing sequence of restaurants and cafeterias . Walking down on the Rambla, you will reach the beaches with all water sports.

The rooftop suites comes with large balcony and amazing rooftop private terrace with 360º views to the city. The apartments and lofts comes with 1 or 2 bedrooms and living room. The Urban District Vintage Suites are located in a trendy area of 22@ just few minutes from the Rambla de Poblenou, 10 minutes from the beach or to the main shopping mall (Glories). The Old Town is just located at 1-2 Metro stops or at 15 minutes walk. Shopping malls are located nearby. The main building is located in Carrer de Pere IV 83. Some apartments are located in Carrer de Pere IV 44/46 few steps away. Very well connected with a Bus Station at 30 mts or a Subway at 100 mts.
FREE ONLINE SELF CHECK-IN and easy access to the property by digital key.
- Registration and all payment are required before arrival.
- Standard Check-In Time is from 15:00 to 19:00.
Remote Check-in support from 19:00 to 23:30.
- NO Check-In after 23:30, not even in case of unexpected events or delays.
- Standard Check-Out is max at 10:30 am.
The Security Deposit is charged by Credit Card before arrival, during the Online Check-In Process. It will be refund after departure, unless there are proven damages or bad behaviors (party, noise, smoking…). NO CASH accepted.
CITY TOURIST TAX:
City Tax is not included in the rent and will be charged during the Online Check-In Process. NO CASH accepted.

To improve our Guest’s service, we have implemented and included in your reservation the use of ONLINE SELF CHECK-IN. You can have free access to the apartment just using your smartphone without keys’ handover and personal interactions with the Reception personnel.

Some key instructions for a quick & smooth access to the apartment:
- You can access the apartment from 3PM / 15:00 of the day of your arrival going directly at the apartment’s address.
- The registration & apartment’s access are both available ONLY using your mobile phone / smart phone and our Vikey WebAPP.
- No apartment’s keys will be handed-over/delivered by any person.
- ALL Guests details, passport picture and local tourist taxes are required by the local laws.
- Key will be valid unitl the day of your departure at 10:30am.
STEP 1 GUEST REGISTRATION:
Proceed with the Guest’s Registration and with the pending payments (if any) 7 days before the arrival date, for you and all the people travelling with you.
STEP 2 GUEST DATA VALIDATION:
Your data and payments will need to be validated by our reservation office. No validation will be done during the weekends.
STEP 3 DATA CONFIRMATION
Our office will validate your data and payments and confirm the access. The VIRTUAL KEY WILL BE ACTIVATED on the Vikey WebAPP.
STEP 4 VIRTUAL KEY.
After validation, You can access the apartment using the OPEN buttons on the Vikey WebAPP or using the code shown on it.

GUESTS BELOW 18 YEARS ARE NOT ADMITTED, if not accompanied by an adult
PROPERTY ACCESS. Access to the property is limited to the people included in the reservation and registered at the check-in.
NO BIKES ALLOWED, in the property. Bikes shall be locked outside the property.
RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT. Do not leave air conditioning ON when windows are open.
RESPECT THE PROPERTY. It is prohibited any act of vandalism to the property, its content, outdoor stuff and surrounding properties.
DAMAGES. In case of any damage caused to the apartment or to its contents, please inform the property manager. The customer will be responsible for proven damage and charged accordingly.
PROTECT YOUR VALUABLE. Put your valuable in the safe box (if available) and close the doors and windows safely with the keys. We decline any responsibility in case of stolen valuable or any rubbery in the apartment.
BE CAREFUL WHEN USING ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. European voltage is 220V. Please take extra care when using foreign equipments to avoid fire risk. Check how the electrical system works before using it .
BEHAVE SAFELY. Guests shall act safely within the property. The Property Owner or Property Manager will not be responsible for any kind of damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of misuse or unsafe behaving of the Guest.
LOSS OF KEYS. The replacement of lost/stolen keys will be charged to the client.
USE OF THE PROPERTY. It is not permitted to use the apartment for any other purposes except as a vacation rental, serviced apartment or corporate housing, within the terms of the reservation made.
RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT. Please switch off the lights and air conditioning on leaving the apartment.
RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS. We consider the rest and respect of neighbors very important. Any violation of the above rules, such as party or noise..., might imply the request of leaving immediately the property without any reimbursement.
LEAVE IT IN GOOD CONDITIONS. You are staying in a Self Catering apartment. At the end of your stay the apartment must be left organized and in a good state. Fine might be applied and taken from your Security Deposit if this would not happen.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. Personal guest's information will be stored and safely managed by the Property Manager according to the rules and laws in use in the Country where the property is located. “In the name of the company we handle the information that you give us with the purpose of providing you with the service requested and prepare the billing accordingly. The information given will be kept during our relationship or the years required to comply with the legal obligations incurred. They will not be forwarded to third parties except in cases of legal requirements. Hereafter, you are entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether in Urban District Apartments we are dealing with your personal data, therefore you have a right to access to your personal information, rectify inexact data or request its removal when it is no longer necessary, directing your petition to email@example.com"
Great place to stay. 10 min walking to the center and the apartment is fully renewed and with lots of details to make your stay really comfortable.
My family and I had a great month in Barcelona. One of the main reasons was the apartment. We had all advantages of a big city like restaurants, shops,etc, but being close to the beach and city, but without many tourists, busy traffic, etc. The location was perfect for us. The apartment is definitely not like a normal Spanish apartment, but fantastically renovated and well equipped. Lorenzo was very helpful and kind with any requests, that we had, which he handled instantly. We are very grateful to Lorenzo for our amazing experience. This place can be only recommended!
