1- SANIFICATION: In Urban District Apartments we extremely care about the safety & security of our dear Guests and Personnel. To do so, we have implemented a strict Covid-19 Prevention Protocol based on international recommendations, so to host you in an confortable and safe apartment. All surfaces, towels, bedlinen, bath amenities and kitchen’s equipments have been property sanitised and handled with disposal gloves. All our personnel has been trained according to the COVID19 Sanification Standards and continuously monitored.
2- VIRTUAL CHECKIN: You can have free access to the apartment just using your smartphone without keys’ handover and personal interactions with the Reception personnel. Do the online checkin before arrival and get your Access Code to access the property. You will not need to handle physical key.
3- PROTECT YOU AND THE OTHERS: Urban District Apartments will provide as courtesy, an Hand Sanitiser Gel, so to protect you and the others. Prevention suggestions will be available at the property.
4- SUPPORT and ASSISTANCE: In case of need of support our Reception Office and Service Team will be available to assist you on site or by phone.

To improve our Guest’s service, we have implemented and included in your reservation the use of ONLINE SELF CHECK-IN. You can have free access to the apartment just using your smartphone without keys’ handover and personal interactions with the Reception personnel.

Some key instructions for a quick & smooth access to the apartment:

- You can access the apartment from 3PM / 15:00 of the day of your arrival going directly at the apartment’s address.
- The registration & apartment’s access are both available ONLY using your mobile phone / smart phone and our Vikey WebAPP.
- No apartment’s keys will be handed-over/delivered by any person.
- ALL Guests details, passport picture and local tourist taxes are required by the local laws.
- Key will be valid unitl the day of your departure at 10:30am.

STEP 1 GUEST REGISTRATION:
Proceed with the Guest’s Registration and with the pending payments (if any) 7 days before the arrival date, for you and all the people travelling with you.

STEP 2 GUEST DATA VALIDATION:
Your data and payments will need to be validated by our reservation office. No validation will be done during the weekends.

STEP 3 DATA CONFIRMATION
Our office will validate your data and payments and confirm the access. The VIRTUAL KEY WILL BE ACTIVATED on the Vikey WebAPP.

STEP 4 VIRTUAL KEY.
After validation, You can access the apartment using the OPEN buttons on the Vikey WebAPP or using the code shown on it.

The information given will be kept during our relationship or the years required to comply with the legal obligations incurred. They will not be forwarded to third parties except in cases of legal requirements. Hereafter, you are entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether in Urban District Apartments we are dealing with your personal data, therefore you have a right to access to your personal information, rectify inexact data or request its removal when it is no longer necessary, directing your petition to gdpr@urbandistrictapartments.com"

  • GUESTS BELOW 18 YEARS ARE NOT ADMITTED, if not accompanied by an adult

  • LEAVE IT IN GOOD CONDITIONS. You are staying in a Self Catering apartment. At the end of your stay the apartment must be left organized and in a good state. Fine might be applied and taken from your Security Deposit if this would not happen.

  • LOSS OF KEYS. The replacement of lost/stolen keys will be charged to the client.

  • NO BIKES ALLOWED, in the property. Bikes shall be locked outside the property.

  • NO PARTIES ALLOWED, in the Apartment and in any common area. Fine might be charged and taken from Security Deposit

  • NO PETS ALLOWED, in the apartment and in the common area. Fine might be charged and taken from Security Deposit.

  • NO SMOKING. Fine might be charged on Security Deposit.

  • DAMAGES. In case of any damage caused to the apartment or to its contents, please inform the property manager. The customer will be responsible for proven damage and charged accordingly.

  • BEHAVE SAFELY. Guests shall act safely within the property. The Property Owner or Property Manager will not be responsible for any kind of damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of misuse or unsafe behaving of the Guest.

  • RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS. We consider the rest and respect of neighbors very important. Any violation of the above rules, such as party or noise..., might imply the request of leaving immediately the property without any reimbursement.

  • RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS. Noise must be kept to a minimum level after 10:00pm.

  • RESPECT THE PROPERTY. It is prohibited any act of vandalism to the property, its content, outdoor stuff and surrounding properties.

  • RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT. Please switch off the lights and air conditioning on leaving the apartment.

  • RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT. Do not leave air conditioning ON when windows are open.

  • PROTECT YOUR VALUABLE. Put your valuable in the safe box (if available) and close the doors and windows safely with the keys. We decline any responsibility in case of stolen valuable or any rubbery in the apartment.

  • PROPERTY ACCESS. Access to the property is limited to the people included in the reservation and registered at the check-in.

  • BE CAREFUL WHEN USING ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. European voltage is 220V. Please take extra care when using foreign equipments to avoid fire risk. Check how the electrical system works before using it .

  • USE OF THE PROPERTY. It is not permitted to use the apartment for any other purposes except as a vacation rental, serviced apartment or corporate housing, within the terms of the reservation made.
