How do I book my apartment?

Select your location. Select your dates. Select guests number. Choose the apartment that fits better with your needs and follow the booking steps.

How can I confirm my reservation with Urban District Apartments?

All reservations go confirmed after payment has been processed successfully.

What is a Virtual Hotel?

Virtual Hotel is the aggregation of serviced apartments, rentals, self-catering rentals located in same urban area and managed by same property owner or property manager.

Are the Virtual Hotel’s properties located in same building?

Most of the properties belonging to same Virtual Hotel, might located in the same building or just nearby.

Do I get a Booking Confirmation with terms of booking and property’s address?

When the payment has been processed, you will receive a booking confirmation with the payment details and pending payment to be made at arrival, if any. The Booking confirmation include also the property’s address and the contact number of the property owner or vacation rental manager that will welcome you at arrival.

How many people can access the apartment?

Each apartment has a limit of max allowed people that can be hosted in the property, according to the available beds and local regulation.

What if we have an extra guest?

In most of the apartments, the rental price might vary according to to the number of guests hosted. Only the number of people for which the reservation has been made can be hosted. If there is the an extra person an additional fee might be requested to be paid at the checkin or trough the reservation office at reservation@urbandistrictapartments.com

Can I change or cancel a booking?

You can of course change and cancel your reservation made on www.urbandistrictapartments.com contacting the reservation office at reservation@urbandistrictapartments.com. Terms of Cancellation depends of the property booked.

What is a Pay to Book?

The Pay to Book is the amount of money that you need to pay as down payment to confirm the reservation.

What is a Balance Payment?

The Balance Payment is the remaining amount to be paid before the arrival or at the check-in depending on booking terms of the booked property.

What is a Tourist Tax or City tax?

In some location, local administration apply a local tourist tax or city tax which might vary depending on the number of people and length of stay. According by the regulation, these taxes cannot be included in the rental fee and have to be charged a part.

Arrivals

How do I get arrival instructions?

Just before the arrival date, you will receive the arrival instructions with property map, address, contact person for the check-in.

Where do I do the check-in?

Check-in can be made in different ways depending on the location and property. Some apartments have a reception in the same building with concierge services, in some others, the checkin will be done directly at the apartment’s address.

Do I need to contact someone before the arrival?

Yes, 48h before arrival, it is recommended to contact with the provided contact details of the property owner or property manager, so to provide the estimated arrival time.

Do I need to wait at the check-in?

No, if you provide the expected arrival time and you’ll be on time, the local property manager will wait for you.

Payments

How shall I pay the reservation?

When booking on www.urbandistrictapartments.com you can pay the Pay to Book amount by credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Amex.

How shall I pay the Booking Balance?

If you have a Booking Balance to be paid at arrival, you can pay it by Credit card or Cash according to the terms set for each property. Available and allowed payment terms are shown on the Booking Confirmation.

What is a Security Deposit?

A Security Deposit is a refundable fee that might vary according to the reserved property and it is supposed to grant the owner for any proven damage caused to the property. The Security Deposit might be taken in cash or by credit card according to the specific booking rules set for each property.

Check in checkout

How can I do the check-In ?

Check-in will be done at arrival where you’ll be welcomed by the check-in agent. The check-in can be done at the reception, at the apartment reserved or virtually using access control system combined with Virtual checkin app.

How can I do the check-out?

The day of checkout you will need to leave the apartment by the checkout time stated in the specific booking terms of each property. Usually the standard checkout time is by 10:00 AM. You will need to return the key to the check-in agent.

What is a Standard Check-in Time?

Each property has a Standard Check In time, which is the time by when the guest is allowed to access the apartment. Depending on availability and readiness of the apartment the Property Owner or Property Manager can an Early Check-in. Early Check-in might imply the payment of Early checkin Fees, where applicable.

What if I want to stay one more day?

No problem. We are pleased if you decide to stay more. Please just contact with Reservation Office at reservation@urbandistrictapartments.com.

Inside the apartments

What can I do if something do not work properly at the apartment?

Urban District Apartments grants on site support to guests. Local on site support are provided in the Arrival Instructions. Our central office will always available for support.

Are bedlinen and towels provided?

Towels and bedlinen are always provided.

Can we wash the bedlinen and towels?

Yes, washing machine is provided in each apartment so that you can easily wash them. However towels and bedlinen change can be provided as service by local team. Urban District Apartments will be happy to arrange local concierges and room services as wished.

Is apartment’s cleaning provided?

Yes, cleaning at the end of the stay is provided. Depending of the property additional optional cleaning are provided as concierge services.

Are Optional Services available on site?

Yes, in each location there are dedicated services available in the property and provided by local property manager or host manager. Moreover Urban District Apartments can organize local concierge services such as Airport Transfer, City Guided Tours, Grocery Shopping and Entry Attractions Tickets.
