We offer authentic and charming houses in a natural environment and immersed in the tranquility of the Noto countryside, all 1 km from Noto.
Grano is one of our Suites consisting of a double bedroom. It is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 people.
It has an equipped private kitchen with dining table, a stone bathroom with shower, wc and bidet. A bright living area.
The suite has been furnished with stylish furniture, equipped with powerful air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living area to ensure comfort on hot summer nights, satellite TV and high-speed wifi complete the amenities.
The outdoor area consists of a private terrace for breakfast from which you can enjoy the view of the surrounding hills.
A large shared swimming pool with solarium and relaxation areas complete the fantastic Azalo Country House experience.
Located only 1 km from Noto, Sicily and 6 km from the beaches of the natural reserve: Eloro, Marianelli, Calamosche, Vendicari.
Suite for 2 Adults: Check-in / Access possible from 4pm, credit card payment online before arrival, end-of-stay cleaning, towels, bed linen, toiletries, check-out max. at 10:00 am, local assistance (Monday-Friday / 10-19).

Arrival instructions
1. Meeting point @Azalo Country House
2. Personal Check-in will take place in the property. Keys will be delivered during Check-in.
3. All guests have to be identified with a valid ID or Passport. Online Registration is required before arrival.
4. Call the provided Contact Person min. 1 hour before the Arrival or when you leave Catania's Airport
5. Standard Check IN is from 16:00 to 20:00. Late Check IN (from 20:00 to 22:00) has an extra charge of 40 Euros.
6. Standard Check OUT is max at 10:00am. Late Check Out not available.
7. Security Deposit is taken only by Credit Card (no cash) before arrival and it will be refunded on the credit card after departure unless there are proven damages or bad behaviors (party, noise, ...)
8. Tourist Tax is not included.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. Personal guest's information will be stored and safely managed by the Property Manager according to the rules and laws in use in the Country where the property is located. “In the name of the company we handle the information that you give us with the purpose of providing you with the service requested and prepare the billing accordingly. LOSS OF KEYS. The replacement of lost/stolen keys will be charged to the client.
LEAVE IT IN GOOD CONDITIONS. You are staying in a Self Catering apartment. At the end of your stay the apartment must be left organized and in a good state. Fine might be applied and taken from your Security Deposit if this would not happen.
DAMAGES. In case of any damage caused to the apartment or to its contents, please inform the property manager. The customer will be responsible for proven damage and charged accordingly.
BEHAVE SAFELY. Guests shall act safely within the property. The Property Owner or Property Manager will not be responsible for any kind of damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of misuse or unsafe behaving of the Guest.

PROPERTY ACCESS. Access to the property is limited to the people included in the reservation and registered at the check-in.
RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS. We consider the rest and respect of neighbors very important. Any violation of the above rules, such as party or noise..., might imply the request of leaving immediately the property without any reimbursement.
USE OF THE PROPERTY. It is not permitted to use the apartment for any other purposes except as a vacation rental, serviced apartment or corporate housing, within the terms of the reservation made.
RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS. Noise must be kept to a minimum level after 10:00pm.
RESPECT THE PROPERTY. It is prohibited any act of vandalism to the property, its content, outdoor stuff and surrounding properties.
RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT. Please switch off the lights and air conditioning on leaving the apartment.

BE CAREFUL WHEN USING ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. European voltage is 220V. Please take extra care when using foreign equipments to avoid fire risk. Check how the electrical system works before using it .
