** It is a courtesy/free provided cleaning. The guest is responsible for taking care of the apartment and for the cleaning. Of cours we can provide a cleaning with change of towels and linen for an extra charge.

Please make sure to download it, do the SELF CHECK-IN, at latest 48 hours before your arrival; for you and people traveling with you (Important note: ALL guests have to be registered).
Your smart phone will become the Key to access the apartment and get all needed information about the property.
You will also find additional keys inside the apartment as well as a Guest Welcome Pack. Enjoy your stay, with a SELF CHECK-IN.

1) Few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link with a downloadable STAY MY WAY APP.
2) Please make sure to download it, do the SELF CHECK-IN, at latest 48 hours before your arrival
3) ALL guests have to be registered.
4) Your smart phone will become the Key to access the apartment and get all needed information about the property.
5) Go Directly to the Apartment. Starting from 15:00 your virtual Key is working.


OPTION 2: PERSONAL CHECK-IN @Office/Reception Address "Extra charges might be applied"

1. Meeting point for Personal Check-in is Reception/Office @Calle Perelló 23, Barcelona (Mon-Fri / 9am - 8pm)
2. After Personal Check-in, you will be free to access the apartment.
3. Call the provided Contact Person 1 hour before the Arrival or when you land.
4. If pending Rent Balance Payment has to be paid in CASH, please make sure to have CASH ready at arrival (no change is provided).
5. If Rent Balance is paid by Credit Card, 1,5% extra charges might be applied (3% for AMEX)
6. Standard Check IN is from 15:00 to 21:00. Late Check IN (from 21:00 to 23:00) has an extra charge of 30 Euros. Night Check-In (from 23:00 to 00:30) has an extra charge of 50 Euros. Night Check-In (after 00:30, only upon request) has an extra charge of 60 Euros.

  • PROPERTY ACCESS. Access to the property is limited to the people included in the reservation and registered at the check-in.

  • PROTECT YOUR VALUABLE. Put your valuable in the safe box (if available) and close the doors and windows safely with the keys. We decline any responsibility in case of stolen valuable or any rubbery in the apartment.

  • RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT. Do not leave air conditioning ON when windows are open.

  • RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT. Please switch off the lights and air conditioning on leaving the apartment.

  • RESPECT THE PROPERTY. It is prohibited any act of vandalism to the property, its content, outdoor stuff and surrounding properties.

  • RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS. Noise must be kept to a minimum level after 10:00pm.

  • RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS. We consider the rest and respect of neighbors very important. Any violation of the above rules, such as party or noise..., might imply the request of leaving immediately the property without any reimbursement.

  • USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. Personal guest's information will be stored and safely managed by the Property Manager according to the rules and laws in use in the Country where the property is located. “In the name of the company we handle the information that you give us with the purpose of providing you with the service requested and prepare the billing accordingly. The information given will be kept during our relationship or the years required to comply with the legal obligations incurred. They will not be forwarded to third parties except in cases of legal requirements. Hereafter, you are entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether in Urban District Apartments we are dealing with your personal data, therefore you have a right to access to your personal information, rectify inexact data or request its removal when it is no longer necessary, directing your petition to gdpr@urbandistrictapartments.com"

  • NO SMOKING. Fine might be charged on Security Deposit.

  • NO PETS ALLOWED, in the apartment and in the common area. Fine might be charged and taken from Security Deposit.

  • BE CAREFUL WHEN USING ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. European voltage is 220V. Please take extra care when using foreign equipments to avoid fire risk. Check how the electrical system works before using it .

  • BEHAVE SAFELY. Guests shall act safely within the property. The Property Owner or Property Manager will not be responsible for any kind of damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of misuse or unsafe behaving of the Guest.

  • DAMAGES. In case of any damage caused to the apartment or to its contents, please inform the property manager. The customer will be responsible for proven damage and charged accordingly.

  • GUESTS BELOW 18 YEARS ARE NOT ADMITTED, if not accompanied by an adult

  • LEAVE IT IN GOOD CONDITIONS. You are staying in a Self Catering apartment. At the end of your stay the apartment must be left organized and in a good state. Fine might be applied and taken from your Security Deposit if this would not happen.

  • LOSS OF KEYS. The replacement of lost/stolen keys will be charged to the client.

  • NO BIKES ALLOWED, in the property. Bikes shall be locked outside the property.

  • NO PARTIES ALLOWED, in the Apartment and in any common area. Fine might be charged and taken from Security Deposit

  • USE OF THE PROPERTY. It is not permitted to use the apartment for any other purposes except as a vacation rental, serviced apartment or corporate housing, within the terms of the reservation made.

Perfect apartment for a family, we chose Poblenou district for its closeness to families and local lifestyle (Hard to find in Barca). We had all we needed, we got a weekly cleaning for free, wifi seemed to fail for one hour but we phoned and was fixed quickly. The apartment is reformed and everything seems to be new and shortly used. Beds are comfortable, air condition was working perfectly we did not notice it was summer inside the house. No elevator. Little kitchen, maybe a little problem for children, but nothing unexpected. Everything was fine, I miss the place.

Me and my college partner stayed in Barcelona for almost two months. The apartment was greater than pictured. Safe area close to basic needs (coffees, metro, grocery, ...) very quiet and clean. Weekly cleaning is a plus we appreciated. Local host team was very familiar with us and made us feel like home. Very very silent at nights and new mattresses. Fresh bakery right after the corner.
